Business Registration:

  1. Company Registration (ROC): Register your logistics company as a legal entity, such as a private limited company, limited liability partnership (LLP), or sole proprietorship.
    GST Registration: Obtain a Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration, which is mandatory for businesses engaged in the supply of goods or services.
    Transport Licenses:
  2. Commercial Vehicle Operator’s License: If you operate a fleet of commercial vehicles for transportation, you need to obtain a commercial vehicle operator’s license.
    Goods Carrier Permit: For road transportation, obtain a goods carrier permit from the relevant Regional Transport Office (RTO).
